Good place, almost everything is close by. Staff are super welcoming and handy and speak great English. There are activities every evening and it´s an excellent way to meet people nowadays. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was beds are a little squeaky but that’s very slight. Good value for the price!

Me and my lover stayed at Villa List for 5 days for holidays to discovering the place. Villa List is located in an extremely central position, it’s thoroughly clean along with the beds are incredibly comfy! There is only one thing I might counsel heading forward and that is to supply additional hotel amenities, shower gel especially. Overall, I was more than happy with this choice and would certainly suggest it to everyone wanting to check out Sozopol.

If you are travelling to Sozopol you should reserve a room here. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the rooms are pretty nice. The atmosphere all around was perfect.

I have stayed for seven days with my fiance. Beds were being comfy and the room was constantly clean. The staff have been extremely handy and pleasant and constantly took care to make us feel good. Rooms are big as well as the closet. The bathroom was clean and the shower was super cool. Not a really social hotel at least during our stay.
